A torn card visually restores in an instant.
Descent is the most visual torn and restored card routine we’ve ever seen.
Justin Miller has taken a classic of card magic and tweaked every aspect of it to arrive at an absolutely beautiful, flawless routine. A card is selected and signed, before being cleanly and unmistakably torn, piece by piece, into a packet of four torn pieces.
Four aces are peeled off the deck and set on top of a card box. Meanwhile, a card is chosen and signed by the spectator, then set on the table, far from the aces. The Aces are verified to still be visible, before being set beneath the card box. The magician pauses for a second, then turns over the previously selected card… to reveal the four aces.
A red -backed deck of cards is taken out and shown on both sides fairly. You ask the spectator to name a card. Lets say they name the 7 of spades. You very openly and fairly take out the 7 of sapdes and place it into their hand. You ask them if they noticed anything different about the cards. No? You
