“Open Mic” is an examination of time-tested open handling and discrepancy based forces that can be implemented anytime, anywhere with any deck of cards. The routine provided utilizes 6 progressive effects that involve named cards and spectator-driven choices, concluding with a thought-of card revelation. Even intrusive spectators can be given the opportunity to shuffle the cards throughout the routine.

The KICKER SWITCH

Five cards are dealt to reveal all of the Aces and a King of Diamonds kicker.
The performer places one of the cards face down on the surface and invites the participant to determine the card using intuition alone…  No matter which card they name, the performer is in control of two definite outcomes – it will either always be the named card, or never be the named card.
